NY Mets: The Voice Of Mets Madness Has Long Awaited News

Everyone loves a good story, so after you read something so raw, so real, so heartfelt, you just can’t stop thinking about it. It even feels so much more of an experience you wish to tell others of if you’ve personally been a part of it. It’s as if you’re involved in something, shall we say, historic?

Okay. I’m proud to announce that my manuscript about being a Mets blogger since the 7th grade was accepted by a traditional publisher, and it is in the final stages of edit.

Not only does it help you relive the nostalgic 90s and late 2015 era of the Mets, you get an exclusive in depth overview of my personal life, struggles with mental health, relationships, college, atop small victories that led to major wins.

I am sorry for my absence from this blog, but I can assure you, I needed some time to find that motivation to write, if I’m being real with you. Writing 21,000 words straight from my soul was crushing, tear jerking, emotionally challenging, yet freeing in a sense where I can mix my passion with pleasure, the pleasure of telling you why I do what I do.

Being a Mets blogger means a ton of Starbucks coffee or Red Bull energy drinks, late nights, wondering when after school I can squeeze in some time to fix up some things in my book.

Further details regarding my book will be posted as they become available.

I will also be setting up a place here where you can buy a copy! I also am back in school this time for journalism, and I’m paying my tuition which is due the 22nd.

I hope you all have been well! Feel free to leave me a comment saying how you have been doing, and share your blogs that I most likely have not seen. Once again, it is my pleasure and journalistic duty as a blogger/informant to maintain an active presence both on my blog and my social medias, and I apologize for anything I missed while I was doing Amazin’ things!

With love,

Mikayla
