The first place, 63-48 New York Mets have put themselves in a rather good position within the National League East division. With several players expected to climb to the top and become leaders, only one will be crowned the PROJECTED player of August.
Ronny Mauricio seems the picture perfect third baseman. He’s got 6 home runs, 9 RBI, batting .236 with a .732 OPS.
Not to mention, he’s just 24 years old.
I could go on and on about how the team’s youth will shape the franchise and their very bright future.
I expect Mauricio to go off this August.
